Bailey Plumbing & Heating Ltd is owned and managed by its director, Guy Bailey. Surrey plumbing and heating engineers that you can rely on. Guy oversees all work that his team completes to ensure that projects are being completed to the highest level; whilst also delivering a standard beyond your expectations.
We provide a range of plumbing and heating services, from leaking taps to bathroom installations so if you have a faulty stopcock or you fancy a bathroom revamp then our team are on hand to assist.
Our engineers work in Surrey, South West London, Berkshire and Hampshire.

Luke
Plumbing and Heating Engineer
Meet Luke, he’s one of our fantastic plumbing and heating engineers here at Bailey Plumbing and Heating. Since joining the team in 2020, Luke has excelled in his role and is now working hard at becoming a gas engineer. In his spare time, Luke loves to get his hands dirty working on his beloved MX5 or riding his mountain bike. 🚘 🚲

Teresa joined Bailey Plumbing and Heating (UK) Ltd in April 2021. Teresa has more than 10 + years of customer service experience. She has worked in different business settings for many years, where she developed her management and administrative skills.
Kevin
Lead Painter and Decorator
Meet Kevin, our self-named ‘old man’ of the team who joined back in 2021. Kevin does a brilliant job of serving the decoration needs of the business. Before working for Bailey Plumbing & Heating (UK) Ltd, Kevin worked for a customer-focused company for over 40 years and in his spare time, enjoys motorcycling, playing squash and badminton (badly). 🏍️ 🏸

They were with me within the hour and called me with additional advice of how to isolate the supply in the meantime.
Came with all the parts, fixed the problem and sorted out access for the stop-tap too for next time.

COMPLAINTS POLICY:
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times when our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction. As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction, you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
